Inspired by the diverse cuisine I've eaten over the years and a passion to cook, I started Doc's Catering & Grill. I've always had a deep appreciation for quality food so I decided to provide it myself. This passion lead me to spend countless hours perfecting signature dishes as well as discovering new twists on traditional favorites.
Today we are a full service catering & concession vending company. We cater private parties, weddings, business lunches, organizational meetings and banquets. On the concession vending side of the business, we provide grilled specialties (grilled chicken wings, grilled chicken-on-a-stick & grilled sausage-on-a-stick) at some of the major festivals throughout the state of Texas and the greater southwest.
At this time we are in the process of beginning to transition from a catering business to a full fledged restaurant. Stay tuned for more details.
